This Yellow fellow seem to be the real party animal.
Note H from the City of Notes is Mister Cool all ready to go for it.
The toy detail is nice only most of the Notes are very similar They have the same kind of build so building them is not that special. They are strong do and will not fall apart.
A nice extension of the funny kinder series City of Notes.

At our college, the City Of Notes toys are legendary…
We even named some, and we made a myspace for one called Pierre, and we made a comics about him too.
